The Game Changers is a new film touting the benefits of a plant-based diet (code word for vegan) you can catch on Netflix that is big on sensationalism, short on facts.
I hate to even call attention to films like these because they are so beyond stupid... but so many of my friends reach out to me asking me what I think since they know I am a health coach and I am passionate about human nutrition, and that I recommend a meat-based lifestyle.
The bottom line is this:
Humans have been eating meat for hundreds of thousands of years... and now all of a sudden meat is the cause of our health problems? I don't think so. How does that even make any sense?
