Have you ever noticed that when you see an ad for a weight loss plan/product or fitness gadget, in the fine print at the bottom it always says "Results Not Typical"?
Well that's not the case with our coaching programs.
Most of our clients lose between 10-20% of their body weight in the first 90 days, but ultimately, we are focused on helping you get long term results.
This coaching program was formerly known as "The Lazy Man's Challenge"

I didn’t take a before pic because, honestly, the first weigh-in was so horrifying for me. The before pic is from a Christmas card shoot. I wanted pics of the kids, but the photographer insisted on taking some of Joey and I too.😡
Some non-scale victories for me were being able to ride roller coasters with my kids again, buying new clothes... not plus size 🙌🏻 and spending more time with the family in the evenings. As I started cooking more, they migrated away from the TV and to the kitchen island. Love our time together now.
