Unlike our group coaching programs which are either 90 or 150 days, our On Demand Keto Coaching Membership is a monthly subscription and you can stay as little or as long as you need support.

The Foolproof Fat Loss Protocol™ is broken up into 4 phases with over 60 bite-sized lessons that will walk you through the necessary steps to ensure you get the results you desire! 


Phase 1. Adaptation

In the first month, we'll show you the most effective techniques for eliminating your carb cravings, overcoming your sugar addiction, and turning your body into a fat burning machine.

Phase 2. Customize Your Keto

Starting in month #2, you'll get access to Phase 2 where we aim to help you dial in your macros to fit your goals and your lifestyle. We're all different and there is not a one size fits all solution that is going to work for everyone. Absolutely (as long as you are avoiding processed oils and trans fats). We've been duped for years, but all of the latest scientific evidence confirms "the link between saturated fat and heart disease simply does not exist".

If this wasn't safe I wouldn't be promoting it nor would I be eating this way myself. As a new dad, it's important for me to be healthy for my daughter and I am confident this plan is perfect not only for weight loss, but for long term health.

They can, although they have to make a bit more of an effort to get enough fat in their diet. We've got some references on how to do it in resource section. Technically vegans can do it also, but the food options and even more limited and we don't believe being Vegan is a healthy life choice.

Good news... coffee is in! You just to modify it a bit. There are several approved coffee recipes in Phase 1 of the Foolproof Fat Loss Protocol™

Beer & sugary cocktails are out, but dry wines and many spirits that are sugar free are fine in moderation.

Unfortunately no. Be wary of any weight loss program that offers guaranteed results. 

I am confident that this program works... I just can't guarantee you'll stick to the plan.

You can't just sign up and magically expect to lose weight. The truth is... it takes dedication, disciple and execution of our step-by-step plan.
