30 Day Lockdown Challenge, April 2020

  • 8+ hours of sleep
  • Read for 30 minutes 

Advanced: (recommended for those familiar with low carb and in decent shape)

  • Everything included in the basic challenge +
  • 10-12 minute HIIT workouts
  • Two low-carb meals per day
  • 60-second cold shower
